Run GB28181 Bridge

The GB28181 bridge is a console application.
Windows: to run the server, simply type "gb28181bridge".
Linux: to run the server, type "./start.sh", on linux platform, GB28181 bridge run as deamon by default.

GB28181 bridge supports the following command line options:
-c config specify the configuration file
-c option specifies the configuration file,if not specified, the default configuration gb28181bridge.cfg is used.
